Andiline Thea Pranasari is a second-year graduate student of Japanese Area Studies, School of Strategic and Global Studies, University of Indonesia. She finished her bachelor degree in International Relations from Satya Wacana Christian University. She focused on studying multiculturalism, international migration, and gender and feminism issues.

Dr. Kurniawaty Iskandar, S.Sos.MA., is a permanent lecturer in the Japanese Area Studies at the University of Indonesia. She obtained her undergraduate and doctoral degree in Sociology from the University of Indonesia, and her master's degree in Sociology from Chuo University-Tokyo. Her current research is about the role of training agencies in overcoming the problem of sending Indonesian migrants to Japan during the pandemic.
