Abstract

Pengabdian  pada  masyarakat  ini bertujuan  untuk  memberikan  pengetahuan  tentang meningkatkan wawasan pengetahuan para Ta'mir  Masjid Desa  Purwomartani Kalasan Sleman dalam bidang manajemen.
Pembinaan manajemen ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab Materi
yang diberikan pada program pengabdian ini meliputi manajemen umum, manajemen keuangan, dan manajemen da'wah. Adapun pesertanya ada 23 orang jemah Mesjid di desa Puromartani.
Berdasarkan  hasil  pengabdian  diperoleh  kesimpulan  bahwa  program  pengabdian  ini  sangat
bermanfaat  bagi  ta'mir  masjid  baik dalam  rangka  menambah  wawasan tentang  manajemen  masjid yang lebih baik maupun sebagai mediasi mengurangi timbulnya friksi dalam tubuh ta'mir  masjid itu sendiri. Untuk menindaklanjuti program ini, pihak ta'mir  masjid   sangat mengharapkan agar kegiatan pengabdian sejenis diselenggarakan tidak hanya satu tahun sekali.
