Analisis Risiko Kecelakaan Kerja dalam Penggunaan Tower Crane dengan Metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) (Studi Kasus Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Teaching Industry Learning Center (TILC) Sekolah Vokasi UGM)

ABSTRACT
Multi-storey building construction in order to increase operation and production needed working equipment, by which one of them was tower crane. Besides improving construction process, tower crane also could give negative impact. Failure of lifting object, broken equipment, breaking of sling strap, broken lifted material, and damage on construction structure around the site, as well as injury or even worst, death, were series of risks that might happen in lifting work process by using tower crane. Therefore, research done on construction of Teaching Industry Learning Center (TILC) building in UGM Vocational School was aimed to identify the risk of work accident in using tower crane, in order to prevent accident. The method used in this research to determaine the risk value of each risk indicator using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the results of calculation using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), indicator with the highest risk value is tower crane operation with a risk value of 0,1832, the second order is installation tower crane with a risk value of 0,1209, the third order is tower crane dismantling with a risk value of 0,0358. From each indicator, it is known that the most influential sub-indicator is based on the order of the risk value. Furthermore, efforts are made to control the risk of each sub-indicator.

ABSTRAK
Pembangunan gedung bertingkat agar dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan dan produksi membutuhkan peralatan kerja, salah satunya adalah tower crane. Selain meningkatkan pelaksanaan dalam pembangunan, tower crane juga dapat memberikan dampak negatif. Gagalnya penangkatan beban, rusaknya alat peralatan, putusnya tali sling pengikat, rusaknya material yang diangkat, dan kerusakan pada struktur bangunan di sekitarnya serta cidera atau bahkan terjadinya kematian adalah bagian dari rangkaian risiko yang mungkin saja terjadi di saat proses pekerjaan pengangkatan menggunakan tower crane. Oleh karana itu penelitian yang dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Teaching Industry Learning Center (TILC) Sekolah Vokasi UGM ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko kecelakaan kerja dalam penggunaan tower crane, guna mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai risiko dari setiap indikator risiko yaitu menggunakan Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), indikator dengan nilai risiko tertinggi yaitu pengoperasian tower crane dengan nilai risiko 0,1832, urutan kedua pemasangan tower crane dengan nilai risiko 0,1209, urutan ketiga pembongkaran tower crane dengan nilai risiko 0,0358. Dari masing-masing indikator diketahui subindikator yang paling berpengaruh berdasarkan urutan nilai risiko tertinggi. Selanjutnya dilakukan upaya pengendalian risiko dari setiap subindikator.
