PENGARUH UKURAN ORGANISASI & POLITICKING TERHADAP KINERJA DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR

Abstract


Abstrak: Pengaruh Ukuran Organisasi & Politicking Terhadap Kinerja dan Pengembangan Karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran organisasi dan politicking terhadap kinerja dan pengembangan karir individu pegawai, serta menguji variabel kinerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 pegawai pada kantor BKD Jepara. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan SEM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ukuran organisasi dan politicking menjadi faktor penentu variabel pengembangan karir sebesar 0,439. Variabel kinerja terbukti menjadi variabel intervening antara ukuran organisasi dengan karir maupun politicking dengan karir.

Abstract: The Effect of Organizational Size & Politicking on the Performance and Career Development. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational size and politicking on the performance and career development of individual employees, as well as testing the performance variables as intervening variables. The sample in this study consists of 44 employees in the office of BKD Jepara. SEM was employed to analyze data. The results showed that the size of the organization and politicking becomes the determinant factor of 0.439 career development variables. Performance variable proved to be an intervening variable between the size of the organization and career or politicking and career.
