Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan di lembaga kursus terhadap sikap berwirausaha

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri dan mindset berwirausaha terhadap sikap berwirausaha peserta didik di lembaga kursus dan pelatihan baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Responden adalah peserta didik Program Pelatihan Kewirausahaan (PKK) tahun 2020 di lembaga kursus dan pelatihan berjumlah 307 orang. Angket disebarkan secara online menggunakan googleform. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menujukkan persamaan regresi   Y = 6.049 + 0.146 X1 + 0,770 X2 – 0,154 X3 yang artinya pendidikan kewirausahaan di LKP dan efikasi diri berwirausaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha. Sedangkan mindset berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap berwirausaha. Secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha.
